Do you offer any coupons and/or discounts?

Yes! I always have coupons that change at the first of the month. They are located at the bottom of my home page. They are not valid with any other discount and can only be used when ordering online off of the website. They also cannot be redeemed after your order is placed.
To receive private sale coupons and other discounts you will need to sign up for my monthly newsletter by following the link in my navigation bar on the left of the homepage.

Yes, I do ship internationally. All orders outside of the USA will go first class (airmail) at a rate of $5. If you need your items to be shipped quicker please email me and we can arrange other shipping methods.

My store is set up to use PayPal for instant checking account transfers, paypal balance transfers, or credit card transactions. I also have a secure credit card processing company that allows me to accept Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, and Discover.
I will accept money orders or cashiers checks, but payment must be received before your order is processed. If you plan on using this method please email me prior to your order for payment instructions.

I feel that my prices are very competitve for the quality materials and workmanship that goes into each design. I buy only from reputable suppliers and use the highest quality materials available. For example, all of my crystals and pearls are genuine Swarovski and my sterling silver is flawless. The name bracelets are made using 5.6mm alphabet blocks for the adult bracelets and 4.5mm alphabet blocks for the child bracelets while alot of my competitors use the smaller 4.5mm alphabet blocks for all bracelets. Alot of designers cut costs by using sterling silver "PLATED" beads or even use smaller "filler" beads for their designs. There have even been incidences where an item was purchased and when it was received by the customer it was very different from the "advertised" product. Here at mymommysbracelets you can be sure that you will receive an item that I would be proud to wear myself and one that you will treasure for a lifetime.

mymommysbracelets.com fully respects your privacy. Any personal information I collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold or otherwise given out under any circumstance.

Yes! I would love to work with you to design a piece of jewelry that you will treasure for a lifetime and will always try my best to accommodate any special requests.

I believe that my products are made with the finest and most durable materials available, but do understand that accidents happen. Please choose your size of necklace and bracelet carefully, as I do charge for resizing. I will restring your bracelet or necklace free of charge if it breaks (return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer) within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days I charge a minimal fee of $10 per strand for bracelets and $20 for necklaces. If any beads are missing you will be charged MY COST for the necessary beads to repair your item(s) regardless of when it was purchased.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) with a detailed explanation and a contact email or phone number within 30 days of receipt and I will make it right or fully refund your money less a 30% restocking fee.

What materials do you use?

All of my bracelets, necklaces, earrings, watches, and keychains are handcrafted using only the finest quality materials. I use solid sterling silver beads, alphabet block beads (6mm for adult bracelets and 4mm for children bracelets), charms, and findings, gold filled (not plated) beads and findings, freshwater pearls, handmade lampwork glass beads, genuine Swarovski crystals and pearls, and the finest pewter (electro-plated with fine silver, 22K gold, copper, and rhodium). All of my bracelets and necklaces are strung on professional jewelry wire for the utmost durability.

How do I care for my jewelry?
A:
Sterling silver will tarnish over time, so a pretreated sterling silver jewelry polishing cloth is recommended for cleaning. Lightly rub your jewelry with the polishing cloth and try to avoid pulling as this may cause stretching and/or breaking. Never use a liquid sterling silver cleaner as this could damage your jewelry. Sterling silver is best stored in a plastic zip top bag or other airtight container. Avoid getting chemicals on your jewelry such as chlorine, hairspray, and perfumes.

I am available Monday - Friday from 8 am - 5pm central standard time. Closed on major holidays. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. I am always available via email and will respond to your email as soon as possible.

What is your USA shipping policy?

Since each and every item is "made to order" orders can take up to 2 weeks (10 business days) before shipping...especially around the holidays.
I currently ship using the USPS. First class mail (2-5 days AFTER shipping) is FREE to anywhere in the USA with no minimum purchase required. Priority mail (1-3 days AFTER shipping) and Express mail (overnight to MOST areas AFTER shipping) are offered for an additional fee.
